VENDOR
INFORMATION

How do I become a vendor?
This is a juried market, which means that vendors are hand picked based on their products, setup, and photos, and descriptions. Great photos are SUPER important! We love vendors who have beautiful products, stunning displays, and are fit our vibe.

This is primarily a vintage, upcycled, and handmade market. We love vendors whose products primarily fit those categories. However, we do have room for some vendors who sell new/market items. We especially look for those who still fit the "vibe" of our market and bring them in a unique and beautiful way. Bring your "A" game: great displays, beautiful products! No direct sales.
Booth Space
There are four barns and several large tents on the property. Most of our indoor spaces are around 100 square feet; if you need more (or less) than 100 square feet, we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Each 100 sq. foot space will be $125.
We also have some space available for vendors with mobile boutiques or trailers; these spaces are $200-$300, depending on the size of your total footprint. No refunds for cancellations will be given after May 1, 2025 (Spring) or September 1, 2025 (Fall).
Set-up, Security and Tear-down:
Vendors may begin setting up their booths on the Thursday before each market. All booths should be completely set up and ready for business by 10:00 AM Friday morning and 9:30 Saturday morning. Hen and Chicks Barn Market reserves the right to ask you to remove items that are not consistent with your provided descriptions and photographs. Please do not display any items that could be considered dangerous, illegal or in violation of US Trademark Law.
Vendors are responsible for the security of their merchandise during the sale and non-sale hours; Hen and Chicks Barn Market will also provide overnight watch on Thursday and Friday nights.
Please do not close and tear down your booth before 4:00 on Saturday afternoon as a courtesy to customers and other vendors. Booth spaces should be left as they were found.
Why wasn't I accepted?
We jury each market based on the applications received. We receive LOTS of applications: way more than we have room to accept. We are striving for a certain feel and look at our market, so please don't be offended if we don't accept you! This is so hard for us to choose! Some categories have more applications than other, meaning it's harder to get accepted in those categories. We curate each market to have a wide selection, and as little overlap as possible.
